Farrakhan Confesses Faith in Jesus, Repents For What He Has Been Teaching!

This is really a stunner.

For those of you that are not familiar with Louis Farrakhan, Wikipedia describes him as an “American religious leader, African-American activist, and social commentator. He is the leader of the religious group Nation of Islam(NOI) and served as the minister of major mosques in Boston and Harlem, and was appointed by the longtime NOI leader, Elijah Muhammad, as the National Representative of the Nation of Islam.”

Let me translate that for you: up until now, he has been a radical Islamic preacher and one of the chief racial antagonists out there, on par with Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and other similar characters.

But something really stunning just happened.

As of right now, we here at LGD are taking it at face value.  It could prove to be a big stunt, but something tells us it isn’t.

What happened is Farrakhan just confessed faith in Jesus Christ and said that he knows he will have to “pay a price” for what he’s been teaching all these years!

That is absolutely stunning.

Take a look at this video that he posted just recently:

Most stunning was the comment he posted along with this video, take a look:

If you can’t read that, it says this:

“I thank God for my brother and his 44 years. I thank God for our friendship of 40 years. I thank God for guiding me for 40 years, absent my teacher. So, my next journey will have to answer the question, I know that my redeemer liveth. I know. I’m not guessing that my Jesus is alive. I know that my redeemer liveth, and because he lives, I know that I too will pass through the portal of death, but death will not afflict me.

“So I say to the devil: ‘I know I gotta pay a price for what I have been teaching all these years. You can have the money. You can have the clothes. You can have the suit. You can have the house, but me … you can’t have.’ I have run the race. I have finished my course. And now is laid up for me a crown, and I go to my father to get my crown. And my crown ain’t no physical crown, it’s the wisdom of the next 10,000 years. Take it or let it alone.”

Absolutely, categorically a stunning statement to come from him.  Unreal.

So it is genuine?  Is it real?  No one can know for sure, but we really like one online comment we read, coming from Butch Robinson on Facebook.  Butch said this:

I’m not making a judgment of it in any way, merely reporting what he said, and admitting that I find it, to say the least, interesting. Evil has a hard time admitting error, in fact, it can’t. It can feign sorrow, and make excuses. For him to stand in front of the people to whom he has been preaching anti-Christ hatred for decades and say, ” “I know I’ve got to pay a price for what I’ve been teaching all these years.” That doesn’t fit the pattern. Will he abandon his strange form of Islam, and lead his congregation toward Christian understanding – we will see.

Right on, Butch.  Very well said, and very true!

So what do YOU think?

Is this genuine?  Are you stunned?  Is the Holy Spirit on the move?

If you know your Bible, you know that the conversion of someone like Farrakhan is on par with the conversion of Saul to Paul.  It has been done before.  Are we seeing it happen again?
